Workforce Housing Program presented by Lyon Living/Waterford Property Company

The City of Milpitas is considering a proposal to convert the Turing Apartments, which is a 371 unit market rate project, to moderate income housing. California has a significant shortage of available workforce housing for individuals that earn too much to qualify for traditional affordable housing, but not enough to afford market rate rents in areas where they work. Lyon Living and Waterford Property Co. will be present to discuss their proposal to address this demographic and answer questions.
