Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) – Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) are forgivable loans for small businesses to cover payroll costs, mortgage interest, rent and utility costs. PPP will be active Friday April 3rd .
Loans of up to $10M are available for small businesses employing under 500 employees, sole-proprietors, independent contractors, gig economy workers, and self-employed individuals.
California Launches $50M Small Business Microlending Program - Governor Newsom has announced that California is putting $50 million toward micro-loans for businesses that are not eligible for SBA loans for the PPP will be from IBank.
